We are very busy here in Frankfurt, Germany. We arrived on Tuesday morning, April 8 at 9:45 a.m. Jet lag has gotten to us a bit, but we are thoroughly enjoying the opportunity of being on a mission. We are being trained by a wonderful couple. There are 16 senior missionary couples here in Frankfurt. They are so warm and welcoming. Our apartment is small but very adequate. We have a small kitchen, bathroom, and living room with table. Our bedroom is fairly large with two twin beds pushed together. The German people sleep with each person having his/her own covers. Now Rex can't steal my covers.
Tonight we are going to the Frankfurt Temple to do a session. Tomorrow we are traveling to Switzerland to tour and attend a temple session there as well. On the weekends we can do traveling and touring as a Public Affairs missionary.
We will be in Frankfurt until April 23 when we leave for Sweden. I'll send more info as soon as I have more time. We are meeting with the International PA Director to tell us our schedule and what is expected of us. More to come later.
